1. What payment methods do you offer?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer.
2. Do you offer any discount for online payment?
Yes. Customers who pay through bank transfer receive a 5% discount on the total order amount. After making the payment, simply send the payment screenshot to us via WhatsApp for verification.
3. How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery charges are Rs. 200 for orders below Rs. 3,000.Orders of Rs. 3,000 or above qualify for free delivery.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Can I open my parcel before paying?
Yes. You can open and check your parcel before making payment, subject to the applicable courier service arrangements.
6. Do I have to pay return or exchange delivery charges?
No. For an approved return or exchange, ABJ Home will bear the applicable courier charges.
