1. Eligibility

Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order on ABJ Home.

2. Orders & Order Confirmation

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to confirmation.

  • Our team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order.

  • ABJ Home reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary.

3. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

Cash on Delivery

Customers can pay the total order amount upon delivery.

Bank Transfer

Customers who make payment through bank transfer receive a 5% discount on the total order amount.

To claim the discount:

  • Complete the bank transfer.

  • Send the payment screenshot to ABJ Home via WhatsApp.

  • The order will be processed after payment verification.

4. Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days.

  • Delivery charges are Rs. 200 for orders below Rs. 3,000.

  • Free delivery is available on orders of Rs. 3,000 or above.

  • Delivery times may occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Open Parcel Before Payment

Customers may open and check their parcel before making payment under our applicable delivery arrangements.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their order at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Returns

Returns are available within 4–5 days where applicable.

Customers should contact ABJ Home as soon as possible with their order details and the reason for the return.

8. Exchange & Replacement

Exchange/replacement is available if:

  • The customer receives a damaged item, or

  • The customer receives a completely different item from the one ordered.

In such cases, ABJ Home will arrange a replacement within 4–5 days, subject to product availability and verification.

Important: If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must contact ABJ Home within 4 days of receiving the order.

9. Refunds

Refunds may be available depending on the circumstances of each case. All refund requests will be reviewed individually by ABJ Home.

The refund method and processing time may vary depending on the payment method and nature of the case.

10. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor differences in product color, appearance, packaging, or specifications may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturer changes, or packaging updates.

11. Pricing

ABJ Home reserves the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, and promotions at any time without prior notice.

The price applicable at the time the order is confirmed will generally apply to the order.

12. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including their name, phone number, delivery address, and other required order details.

ABJ Home will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

13. Website Usage

Customers agree to use the ABJ Home website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, damage, or interfere with the website or its services.

ABJ Home reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective once published on this page.
